If you no longer wish to use Finnex AI Assistant, follow these steps to remove the add-in from Microsoft Excel:

Step-by-Step Removal Guide

1. Open Excel
   Launch Microsoft Excel on your device.

2. Open the Add-ins Store

   • Go to the File menu and select Get Add-ins
     OR

   • From the Home tab, click on Add-ins, then choose More Add-ins

3. Manage Installed Add-ins

   • In the Office Add-ins window, switch to the My Add-ins tab

   • Locate Finnex AI Assistant

   • Click the three-dot menu next to it

   • Select Remove, and confirm when prompted

⚠️ Important Account Notice

Removing the Excel add-in does not cancel your subscription or delete your Finnex AI account.

If you wish to fully close your account and delete all associated data:

1. Open the Account interface inside the Finnex AI Assistant

2. Select Delete Account

3. Confirm deletion when prompted

Only after this process will your subscription and credits be terminated. Any remaining credits will remain usable until expiration unless manually deleted.
