Finnex AI offers a robust set of features through its integration with Microsoft Excel, utilising the interfaces: Chat, Library, Database, Workspace and Account.
Below is a detailed guide on how to use these features effectively.
To navigate to the different interfaces, users need to click on the above ‘Menu’ button located at the top right corner. This will give you the drop-down list for you to select the different interfaces.
Additionally, there is an ‘Information’ Button. Users can use “Reload” button to reload the page when it is timed out. “Get Support” button to access our support page.
Before using Finnex AI, it is recommended to start a New Excel Sheet. Finnex AI utilizes Excel for its output, and if it accidentally overwrites existing content in Excel, this action cannot be undone.
