Interface 4: Xero

The Xero Connector Page allows you to manage integrations between Finnex AI and your Xero organisations. You can connect multiple Xero organisations, link Xero organisations to Finnex workspaces, or disable the connector entirely.

1. Connected Organisations

  • Displays all Xero organisations currently connected to your account.

  • Each organisation card shows:

    • Organisation Name

    • Linked Workspace (green check = linked to a Finnex workspace)

    • Edit (pencil icon) – Edit workspace linkage

    • Unlink (unlink icon) – Unlink the Xero organisation from Finnex workspace

    • Disconnect (trash icon) – Remove connection to the Xero Organisation

    • Manage Workspace (gear icon) – Switch to Workspace setting page

    • Connect New Org (link icon) – Connect a new Xero organisation


2. Disable Xero Connector

  • The Disable Xero section allows you to disconnect all organisations and delete all data at once.

  • Warning:

    • Disabling will disconnect all linked Xero organisations.

    • It will also permanently delete all synced data from Finnex AI.

    • Once disabled, all integrations with Xero stop immediately.

  • To confirm, click the Disable Xero button (red).
