Interface 3: Account

The Account Page allows you to manage your subscription, monitor credit usage, and control billing or account preferences.

Using the Account Interface

  1. Account Information:

    • Displays your registered email address.

    • Shows your current subscription plan (e.g., Finnex Business Trial).

    • Option to upgrade to the full Business Plan for unlocking premium features like multiple workspaces.



  2. Credit Summary:

    • Total Credits: Total credits currently available to your account.

    • Credits Used: Credits consumed from AI actions and queries.

    • Credits Remaining: Balance credits you can continue to use.

    • Credit Expiration: Indicates when the current credits will expire (e.g., in 6 months).

    • Last Top-Up: Tracks when the credits were last reloaded.

      A donut chart visualizes your remaining credit usage for quick reference.



  3. Monthly Usage:

    • Select a month (e.g., June 2025) to view AI credit usage over time.

    • A bar graph shows daily usage for performance tracking.



  4. Billing Summary:

    • Click Open Billing Portal to:

      • View transactions

      • Update payment methods

      • Download invoices or manage billing settings



  5. Delete Account:

    • Permanently remove your Finnex AI account and all associated data.

    • Warning: This action is irreversible.
