Creating an Account

  1. Open Excel and Launch Finnex AI:



  2. Click ‘Sign Up with Microsoft’:



  3. Use your email to securely sign up:

    • Use your Company or Microsoft email and your selected Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign up.

Log In

  1. Open Excel and Launch Finnex AI:



  2. Click ‘Login with Microsoft’:



  3. Use your email to securely sign in:

    • Use your Company or Microsoft email and your selected Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign in.

Log Out

  1. Click on the Menu button


  2. Select Logout



Reload and Clear Cache

  1. For Mac Users, click on Information button:


    1. Select ‘Clear Web Cache’.

    2. Select ‘Reload’ to reload the page.


  2. For Windows Users, click on Information button:


    1. Select ‘Reload’ to reload the page.

      To clear cache:

      a. Click on FileOptions

      b. Select Trust CentreTrust Centre Settings

      c. Click on Trusted Add-in Catalogs → Check ‘Next time Office starts, clear all previously-started web add-in cache’

      d. Click OK and Restart Excel

Delete Your Account

If you decide to stop using the Finnex AI service, you have two options:

Credit Expiration:

  • This allows you to use any remaining credits before they expire. After the credit expiry date, your account will be automatically closed, and all associated data will be deleted within 3 months.

Delete Account:

  • Alternatively, if you wish to immediately terminate your service, credits and close your account, you can click on the Delete Account button under Account Menu. Please note that any remaining credits will not be refundable, and all data will be permanently deleted.

Important: Deleting your account is irreversible. Ensure that you have saved any necessary data or used up your credits before proceeding.
